PRE-SESSION

Do I need to do anything to prepare for a session in the Ellipse? YES!

INTAKE FORM: If this is your first-time visiting Vitality Room, you’ll be asked to complete client intake forms. It’s ok to be vulnerable. It’s ok to include details that may not necessarily be bothering you at the present time. Knowing your backstory will help us get an understanding of how/ where your current energy and frequencies stem from. Of course, this information is 100% voluntary, so we understand if there’s something you’d rather keep to yourself. We suspect that after your first session, you may change your mind about holding back.



HYDRATE: Because your body is made of mostly water, and we want you to “flow” during your session, please drink a minimum of 80 ounces of water in the 12-24 hours leading up to your session. If your session is in the morning, you’ll drink most of that the day before. If it’s in the afternoon, you’ll want to have drank about that much during the day before your session.

DURING YOUR SESSION

How long will my session be?


  • If it’s your first visit, please plan for 90 minutes. 
  • If you’ve been to Vitality Room before, please plan for 75 minutes. 
  • You’ll be inside of the Ellipse for a total of 50 minutes. 

The entire center is yours without interruption during your reserved time. 


You’ll be greeted and welcomed into the Vitality Lounge for a private consultation along with a hot cup of herbal tea. You’ll complete a series of intake forms and together, we will identify your intention for your session. 


Our Egg Guardian will carefully choose consciously created music and colors.


Together, we’ll say a prayer and/or speak your intentions aloud as you get comfortable in the zero-gravity chair with a cozy blanket inside of the Ellipse. The doors will be closed, and your music will begin. *If you are claustrophobic, we will work together to find the right position for the doors. 


You can close your eyes and relax. Just like you do not need to look at the sun’s light to receive its benefits, you do not need to look into the lights inside of the Ellipse. The light and color, will offer benefits  with your eyes open or closed. 


The same goes for the sound. Those with hearing aids are encouraged to remove them for their session. You do not necessarily need to audibly hear the music for its frequencies to offer benefits. 


Sound will continue for 40 minutes, then go silent for 10 minutes for a total of 50 minutes inside of the chamber. The 10 minutes of silence is the first chance your body gets to integrate with the frequencies it has encountered. This is incredibly important! Do not leave the chamber when the music stops. Continue to relax. Think of a snow globe that has just been shaken, it needs stillness to settle back down. 


When the door opens, take your time exiting, and make your way back to the Vitality Lounge for an electrolyte drink and follow up consultation and aftercare instructions. You may feel a bit “massage drank.” You know, that feeling you have after a great massage?! 


You may “feel” something while your session is happening. Or you may not. Some clients report feeling tingly, relaxed, anxious, nervous, sleepy, tension, tension release, heat, and cold. Everyone experiences something different. Some claim to not experience anything at all … until … the 5–7-day integration period!  

POST-SESSION

Is my session over? Technically, yes, but the benefits are just beginning! 

Your body may take 5-7 days to integrate the frequencies you’ve been exposed to. During this time, it’s important to continue to drink plenty of water! 80+ ounces a day.


Your body will naturally detox over this period, and you want to be sure to flush the toxins out. Superieur Electrolytes are recommended. Your cells were just exposed to a higher frequency than they are used to, they’ll crave electrolytes to help keep up with the vibrations.


Do not do any other energy work for up to 7 days. If you shift your body’s energy focus before integration is completed, you may lose the benefits of your Ellipse session. Your body will have a new intention and be working in a new direction. 


Avoid heavy exercise. Lifting weights breaks down muscle which your body works to repair to make you stronger. We recommend letting your body use it’s energy on internal healing following your session for 5 to 7 days. Instead, walks, light yoga and mild cardio is all that is recommended. Try to push your body no more than 60% of it’s normal daily capacity.


Watch your diet and be gentle with yourself. Healing can only happen in a place of calm.
