⦁ Sit in an anti-gravity chair for 50 minutes inside of the Ellipse.
⦁ Experience relaxation through healing sounds, light, color(s) and vibrational frequencies for 40 minutes.
⦁ Remain inside of the Ellipse in silence for 10 minutes to begin energy integration.
⦁ Visit the Vitality Lounge once more for an electrolyte beverage and after care discussion.
